Production engineering for furniture manufacturers
We turn furniture designs into products a factory can manufacture consistently. From the designer's concept through engineering, CNC programming and prototyping to series production, we develop the complete manufacturing process for the client's own machines. Everything is delivered as one integrated engineering package, owned by the client.
maßgenauGerman, adj. Dimensionally accurate.
Work

Services
Every piece is developed as a production-ready 3D solid model, with joints, tolerances and assembly resolved for solid wood, veneer, stone, glass and metal. Structural analysis supports design validation before physical prototyping.
Each product is broken down into components, with fixtures, templates and stock defined for every part. CNC and robot programs are developed for the client's specific machines and tooling, then verified in simulation and on the machine.
The first prototype is manufactured on the client's machines. Components and assemblies are inspected against specifications, with engineering models and programs refined until the product meets agreed requirements.
Once the prototype is approved, the design is frozen and the process optimised for series production. A pilot run validates repeatability before final programs, fixtures and production instructions are transferred to the client. We support on-site start-up and train the operators.
Process
The designer's model analysed, with engineering and manufacturability feedback.
Joints, tolerances, material behaviour and structural loads engineered into the 3D model.
Machining sequences, stock and fixtures defined in CAD before programming.
Programs simulated and cycle times optimised before the first cut.
First piece made, assembled and tested, with changes fed back into the model.
Design frozen, pilot run validated for repeatability, and the process handed over on site.
Experience
We don't hand over drawings. We hand over a process that runs.
Contact
Shorter development, fewer prototype rounds, and a process your team can run on its own. Tell us what you're developing and we'll show you the path to series production.
